Do you deliver?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver. Customers must book their pickup service. (Grab, Lalamove, etc)

Do you have same-day pickup?

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We encourage customers to pay right away after placing their orders. After payment confirmation, we require at least one (1) day to prepare and bake to ensure freshness. Customers will be notified once the order is ready for pickup. 

What are your business hours?

We’re here to be of service from 9:00AM til 6:00PM. 

What are your payment options?

BANK DEPOSIT

You can deposit your payment to Union Bank. Order Number is required.

Do you add custom designs/dedications to your cakes?

We don’t add custom designs/dedications to our cakes at the moment

How do I claim my order?

Orders can be claimed by delivery services (Grab, Lalamove, etc) or by a representative. Please provide the Order Number to the rider or representative to avoid receiving the wrong product! 

What do I do if my order gets damaged during transport?

If you booked a third-party pickup service, please report the issue to their customer support.

Delivery riders may experience bumps along the road that may cause damage to your orders. We encourage everyone to gently remind our riders that the item they are going to transport is delicate, and a bit of patience is needed to ensure the item arrives safely and in excellent condition. We also do our share of reminding riders who pick up the orders from us. While we love to patronize our riders, we suggest having your orders transported by car, since it’s much more stable than a motorcycle. However, booking a car pickup service is a bit more expensive than the motorcycle service.
